Caleb recently launched TweetStarGame.com, which tracks the most popular athletes on Twitter through a partnership with Klout. Caleb handles social media for Julian Krinsky Camps and Programs and also hosts the weekly #SMSportsChat on Twitter. He also works as a social media consultant for Philadelphia 76ers broadcaster Marc Zumoff and Detroit Tigers pitcher Collin Balester.

Brendan founded Sportsin140.com in 2009 as a means of validating athletes and teams on Twitter. His work doing so, which began months before Twitter began its own validation service, was featured on ESPN’s “Outside the Lines,” in the Wall Street Journal and on the Sports Illustrated website. Brendan recently finished co-authoring “Sports Marketing in Social Media,“ a textbook about social media due to be published later this year. He works as a social media coordinator and copywriter and also writes for Macworld.com.

Emily Droessler is a current student at the University of Northern Iowa studying Sports Marketing. She will be interning with the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati, Ohio for the summer of 2012 and will be finishing her degree at Towson University in Towson, Maryland next year. She is currently the licensing and branding coordinator for UNI Athletics along with being the Panther Kids Club intern. She also serves on the Wellness and Recreation Services Advisory Board for the University of Northern Iowa.

Clay Fitch is a 2003 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor’s in Public Relations. He interned in minor league hockey (Reading Royals, ECHL) and professional basketball (Pennsylvania Valleydawgs, USBL). For the past nine years he has worked in the nonprofit sector as a grant writer and development officer. Clay is a Philadelphia sports fan who has experienced countless heartbreaks and one amazing triumph.

Kevin is an up-and-coming marketer in the sports and social media scene. He is currently a pitcher for the Paladins of Furman University. He was the winner of the 2011 Under Armour Ultimate Intern competition. Specialties include: using social media tools to build one’s personal brand, differentiating amongst the sports business crowd, and finding a career through LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media outlets.

Ty is a Social Media Executive at Brafton where he manages social media strategies for their clients. Prior to working at Brafton, Ty was an Account Executive for an online retailer and spent time as an analyst for several sports marketing firms. A 2009 graduate of UMass Amherst, Ty enjoys watching Boston professional sports teams and Notre Dame football, listening to music and traveling. His long term goal is to be a social media strategist for a sport organization. He currently lives in Boston.
